At Shop Campania, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and garden accents. If your selection doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Secure the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they are not damaged during the return transit.

• 3.
  Apply Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are completely covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
